Mr Nwaeze Paul Chibuike hails from Enugu state, Nigeria, West Africa. Since year 2005 he has been down with ailment that caused him his two legs. The new African humanitarian movement has been taking care of him both medically and socially. His health condition escalated and worsen to to the extent that he needs urgent surgery on his two knees, which requires him to be transferred to India with immediate effect. Due to the cost of the medical care which is totaled 18,450 dollars.
